Retail Shift Supervisor - Napa
About The Position
cabi is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Outlet team. The role supports store success by delivering personalized styling and customer service, building customer relationships through outreach and clienteling, and supporting sales goals and daily performance. The Shift Supervisor leads by example on the sales floor and may serve as Manager on Duty when assigned. The position also supports and coaches Sales Associates, assists with daily operations, merchandising, inventory, shipment processing, cash management, and store organization, and helps maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Pay is $18.50–$19.00 per hour.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems.

- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and step stools as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, Retail Associate, or in a similar role.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
