About The Position
The Retail Shift Supervisor at cabi Outlet is a customer-focused member of the leadership team who helps drive store success and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role combines personalized styling, sales support, team leadership, and daily retail operations in a fast-paced, collaborative fashion environment. The supervisor may serve as Manager on Duty when assigned and supports Sales Associates through coaching, communication, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement.
- Leadership mindset and ability to motivate and support a team.
- Organized and dependable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and step stools as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, Retail Associate, or in a similar role.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling and customer service that makes guests feel valued.
- Build customer relationships through outreach and clienteling programs.
- Support sales goals, KPIs, and daily store performance.
- Assist with phone orders and customer inquiries.
- Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, professionalism, and positivity.
- Help create a fun, collaborative, high-performing work environment.
- Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
- Support Sales Associates through coaching, communication, and teamwork.
- Assist with daily operations and uphold company standards.
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing displays.
- Support inventory, shipment processing, and store organization.
- Handle cash management and bank deposits accurately and with integrity.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
