About The Position

Accelevation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee production operations at its Memphis, Tennessee location. The supervisor will ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently, uphold quality standards, and drive team performance in support of the company’s growth. The role includes coordinating production workers, meeting production schedules, developing staff, monitoring inventory, ensuring safety and policy compliance, and working with other departments to improve processes and efficiency. The position is listed for the 2nd shift. The work environment may involve moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, explosives, and very loud noise; ear protection may be required. Physical requirements include frequent sitting, talking, and hearing; occasional standing and other movement; and regular lifting up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
