About The Position

Ian's Pizza is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its East Side location. The supervisor leads the team and keeps restaurant operations running smoothly throughout each shift. The role involves serving customers, supporting the kitchen, dispatching delivery drivers, and maintaining high standards for food and service. The supervisor assigns staffing, oversees shift checklists, manages tip payouts, and helps wherever needed to keep the shift on track. They also help train new team members, roll out programs, policies, and products, and ensure the restaurant is clean, stocked, and ready for service. This is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. Part-time or full-time hours are available.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a supervisory role in the food or beverage industry.
• Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to work with common allergens such as gluten, dairy, and eggs.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and loud, fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; IDs are required at orientation.
• One weekend late-night shift per week is required.

Nice To Haves

• Availability for weekday dinner shifts (5 p.m.–1:30 a.m.) and any weekend shifts is ideal.
