About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming space for the community. You will support and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized customer requests, and help ensure store operating policies and standards are met. Requirements

At least six months of experience in a position involving constant interaction with customers and fulfilling their requests.
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating tasks for two or more employees.
Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Availability to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team, and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

Direct and delegate the work of other employees and coordinate tasks among employees.
Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes and customized customer requests.
Meet store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Provide customer service and help create a welcoming coffeehouse experience.
