Shift Supervisor - Overnight
About The Position
A Shift Supervisor is a key leader who supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth store operations, and completes all opening and closing procedures. The role includes supervising and directing store crew activities, communicating between management and crew, assisting customers, resolving customer relations issues in accordance with company policy, maintaining customer and patient confidentiality, and handling merchandise pricing, stocking, displays, signage, inventory, and department resets. This is a full-time position with anticipated weekly hours of 30. The typical pay range is $16.50–$24.00 per hour. The role requires a flexible schedule that may include early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and responding to urgent store issues.
Requirements
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Work effectively with store management and store crews.
- Supervise store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities.
- Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
- Promote CVS customer service culture by greeting customers, offering help, and thanking them.
- Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain customer and patient confidentiality.
- Price merchandise and stock shelves.
- Execute displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
- Execute and maintain off-shelf merchandise displays.
- Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
- Lead store staff and ensure smooth operations when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
- Ensure completion of opening and closing procedures.
