Shift Supervisor Level 2
About The Position
The Shift Supervisor Level 2 is responsible for providing prompt excellent customer service, greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options. This role ensures customer satisfaction and timely reporting of any inquiries or issues. The supervisor must be able to perform all CSR and Supervisor 1 Level job duties, work weekends, and demonstrate responsibility when the Site Manager is off-site. This position enforces all safety policies, understands the functions of all chemical room equipment, and assists the Site Manager with equipment repairs. The supervisor must report to work on time and adhere to the dress code. Key duties include 60% Customer Interaction, 30% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining), 5% Opening/Closing Procedures, and 5% Basic Troubleshooting.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs.
- Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
- Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions described below.
- Ability to work in the conditions described below.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.

- Ensures customers are satisfied and reports any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
- Satisfactorily completes all CSR and Supervisor 1 Level job duties.
- Works weekends.
- Demonstrates responsibility while Site Manager is off site.

- Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
- Assists Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
- Cleans out solenoid.
- Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
