About The Position

The Shift Supervisor Level 2 position is a full-time role responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and demonstrating responsibility while the Site Manager is off-site. This role involves enforcing safety policies, understanding chemical room equipment functions, and assisting with equipment repairs. The position requires the ability to perform all CSR and Supervisor 1 Level job duties, including working weekends. The job breakdown includes approximately 60% customer interaction, 30% site upkeep, 5% opening/closing procedures, and 5% basic troubleshooting.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions.
• Ability to work in damp and humid conditions.
• Ability to work in outdoor variable weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work with minimum direction and periodic supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.
• Greets customers, answers questions, and explains wash options.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and reports any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
• Satisfactorily completes all CSR and Supervisor 1 Level job duties.
• Works weekends.
• Demonstrates responsibility while Site Manager is off-site.
• Enforces all safety policies.
• Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
• Assists Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
• Cleans out solenoid.
• Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
