Shift Supervisor Level 2
About The Position
The Shift Supervisor Level 2 position is responsible for providing prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner. This role involves greeting customers, answering questions, explaining wash options, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The supervisor must be able to handle inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner, and satisfactorily complete all CSR and Supervisor 1 Level job duties. This position requires the ability to work weekends and demonstrate responsibility while the Site Manager is off-site. The supervisor will enforce all safety policies, understand the functions of all chemical room equipment, and assist the Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs, including cleaning out solenoids. Additionally, the supervisor must report to work on time and follow the dress and appearance code.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs.
- Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
- Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions described below.
- Ability to work in the conditions described below.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.
Responsibilities
