About The Position
Cousins Subs is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a store team during assigned shifts, keep service running smoothly, support crew members, and help deliver a positive guest experience. The role involves hands-on work across food preparation, cashiering, the sandwich line, and cleaning, as well as coaching and training team members. The Shift Manager is responsible for supporting food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness, and handling minor issues.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
- Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
- Good communication skills and a positive leadership approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team during assigned shifts and keep service running smoothly.
- Help with food preparation, cashiering, sandwich-line work, and cleaning as needed.
- Coach team members and train new hires.
- Help ensure food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness.
- Handle minor issues and contribute to a positive guest experience.
