About The Position
Cousins Subs is hiring a Shift Manager to lead the team during a shift, support crew members, and help keep store service running smoothly. The role involves hands-on work across food preparation, cashiering, the sandwich line, and cleaning, as well as coaching and training team members. The Shift Manager helps ensure food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness, handles minor issues, and contributes to a positive guest experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
- Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
- Good communication skills and a positive leadership approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team during a shift and keep service running smoothly.
- Help with food preparation, cashiering, the sandwich line, and cleaning as needed.
- Coach team members and train new hires.
- Ensure food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness.
- Handle minor issues and help create a great guest experience.
