About The Position

As a Cashier at Meijer, you will provide efficient, effective customer service in the checkout lane and create positive, lasting customer experiences. You will be a key final point of contact for customers, helping make checkout welcoming, accurate, and memorable while supporting store operations as needed. Shifts are available nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Enjoy working with people and providing great service.
• Be comfortable learning and using technology.
• Listen well, communicate clearly, and stay organized.
• Be dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to help.
• Be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Previous cashier or e-commerce experience is a plus.
