About The Position

Cousins Subs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team during a shift, keep store service running smoothly, and support the crew. The role involves working alongside team members in food preparation, cashiering, sandwich-line service, and cleaning; coaching employees and training new hires; maintaining food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness; and resolving minor issues to help create a positive guest experience. The position offers flexible scheduling with no late nights and opportunities to develop into higher-level leadership roles.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
• Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
• Good communication skills and a positive leadership approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
