About The Position

Cousins Subs is seeking a shift leader to keep the store on track, support the crew, and lead with energy and focus. The Shift Manager leads the team during a shift and helps ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience. The role involves hands-on work throughout the store, including food preparation, cashiering, sandwich-line work, and cleaning, as well as coaching and training team members.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
• Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
• Good communication skills and a positive leadership approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during the shift and keep service running smoothly.
• Assist with preparation, cashiering, sandwich-line work, and cleaning as needed.
• Coach team members and train new hires.
• Ensure food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness.
• Handle minor issues and help create a great guest experience.
