About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee the restaurant’s operational performance during the assigned shift. The manager leads the crew in preparing quality customer orders, supervises staff, and assigns duties to help ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. The role is for five days per week on the closing shift, from 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous food service experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software.
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed.
• Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints gracefully and tactfully.
• Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations.
• Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and restock when necessary.
• Cover shifts for absent employees.
