About The Position
The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance during each shift. This role is the “Every Shift” Leader, supervises restaurant employees, and reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager. Candidates should be motivated and service oriented, have a high school education or GED, and hold a valid driver's license.
