About The Position

Join the energetic team at Lookout Tavern as a Restaurant Shift Manager! We are seeking an ambitious and outgoing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, vibrant environment to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This current position will likely be 3 shifts a week. Mostly closing shifts. Role Overview: Lead and inspire the restaurant and bar team during your shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and safety. Manage guest relations with a positive, approachable demeanor, resolving conflicts professionally. Coordinate with kitchen, bar staff, and management to uphold seamless operations. Assist in staff training, development, and performance management. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years management experience in a restaurant and bar setting.
Personable, energetic, and outgoing personality with strong leadership skills.
Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments effectively.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of inventory control, scheduling, and cash handling procedures.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and driving team performance.
