About The Position

O'Charley's Restaurant + Bar is seeking a Restaurant Bar Manager to be responsible for restaurant operations, including driving and building sales and profitability. The manager will ensure that each guest has a highly satisfying dining experience with excellent service and standards. This role involves providing direction, training, and coaching to team members, demonstrating O'Charley's standards, policies, procedures, Vision of “A Passion to Serve,” and Mission. The manager must embody O'Charley's Values: Respect, Excellence, Communication, Inclusion, Performance, and Ethics. This is a management role within a full-service, casual dining restaurant chain, focusing on managing front-of-house and service teams, along with assistant manager duties as part of the restaurant management team.

Requirements

2 years of restaurant bar management experience
Full Service bar experience
A proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team
General knowledge of operational procedures and shift positions
Experience managing and training hourly team members
Previous bartender manager / bar management experience in a full service restaurant bar environment is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

Manage restaurant operations, including driving and building sales and profitability.
Ensure guest satisfaction with their entire dining experience, including excellent service and standards.
Provide direction, training, and coaching to team members.
Understand and demonstrate O’Charley’s standards, policies, and procedures, Vision, and Mission.
Manage restaurant front of house / service teams.
Work as a member of the restaurant management team, including assistant manager roles and duties.
