About The Position

O'Charley's Restaurant + Bar is seeking a Restaurant Bar Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for restaurant operations, including driving sales and profitability, and ensuring high guest satisfaction through excellent service and adherence to company standards. The manager will provide direction, training, and coaching to team members, while understanding and demonstrating O’Charley’s standards, policies, procedures, Vision of “A Passion to Serve,” and Mission of focusing on guests, team members, stakeholders, and communities. The position requires demonstrating O’Charley’s Values of Respect, Excellence, Communication, Inclusion, Performance, and Ethics. O'Charley's is a full-service, casual dining restaurant chain, and this management role includes managing front-of-house/service teams and performing assistant manager duties.

Requirements

  • 2 years of restaurant bar management experience
  • Full Service bar experience
  • A proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team
  • General knowledge of operational procedures and shift positions
  • Experience managing and training hourly team members

Nice To Haves

  • Previous bartender manager / bar management experience in a full service restaurant bar environment

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for restaurant operations including driving and building sales and profitability
  • Ensure that each guest who walks through the O’Charley’s door is highly satisfied with their entire dining experience including excellent service and standards
  • Provide direction, training and coaching to team members
  • Understand and demonstrate O’Charley’s standards, policies and procedures, Vision of “A Passion to Serve,” and our Mission of focusing on our guests, each other, our stakeholders and the communities in which we do business
  • Demonstrate O’Charley’s Values of Respect, Excellence, Communication, Inclusion, Performance and Ethics
  • Manage restaurant front of house / service teams
  • Perform assistant manager roles and duties
