About The Position

Slim Chickens is hiring a Shift Leader in Pembroke, North Carolina. The role provides experience across multiple Front of House and Back of House positions, preparing employees to fill roles as needed. After training, employees are placed in a role that best suits their skills and the restaurant’s needs. Potential positions include Cashier/Runner, Drive-Thru, Expeditor (Expo), Cook, SSW (Service Side Worker), Prep, and QB. The position offers a path to growth in the fast-casual restaurant industry in a supportive, team-oriented environment. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered, with pay of up to $18.00 per hour.
