About The Position

Slim Chickens is seeking a Shift Leader for its Pembroke, North Carolina location. The role provides experience across multiple front- and back-of-house restaurant positions. After training, the employee will be placed in a position that best fits their skills and the restaurant’s needs. Possible positions include cashier/runner, drive-thru, expeditor, cook, service side worker (SSW), prep, and QB. The position offers a path for growth in the fast-casual restaurant industry in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Scholarships are available.
