About The Position
The Shift Leader manages day-to-day aspects of a Red Robin restaurant, helps direct and train Team Members, and assists with goals set by the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. This role is presented as a starting point for people with a management mindset who want to learn about leadership in the Red Robin system. The Shift Leader will be trained in all restaurant positions to better support the role.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Strong team player.
- Good communicator.
