About The Position

Little Rey, part of Rocket Farm Restaurants, is seeking an experienced service professional to lead its service team. The Lead Attendant leads the team in performing steps of service, takes and rings in orders, and helps ensure extraordinary guest experiences. The ideal candidate anticipates and identifies guests’ needs, works with the team to maintain a clean, organized work environment, and assists management with opening and closing the restaurant. Relevant restaurant experience, guest relations training, and staff oversight are desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service team in performing the steps of service.
• Take and ring in orders.
• Anticipate and identify guests’ needs and help ensure extraordinary guest experiences.
• Work with the team to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
• Assist the management team with opening and closing the restaurant.
