About The Position
Marco's Pizza is seeking a Shift Leader to help maintain its close-knit, values-based store environment. The Shift Leader works productively and supervises store crew members to ensure they perform their responsibilities, supporting customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. Successful candidates are engaged, accountable, and responsible, and align their actions with Marco's Cultural Beliefs. Experience is preferred, and advancement opportunities are available.
Requirements
- Experience preferred.
- Strong, professional, and courteous work ethic, with integrity and moral conduct that reflect favorably on the applicant and Marco's Pizza.
- Ability to work as part of an engaged team dedicated to providing guests with a Five-Star experience.
- Ability to accurately count money and make change.
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to communicate tactfully with supervisors, teammates, and guests, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to comply with safety and security policies and procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-tempo and stressful environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours and schedules.
- Ability to use store technology and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Enjoys serving others.
- Tactful, courteous, and respectful when interacting with others.
- Consistently gives sincere effort and demonstrates initiative.
