About The Position

Marco's Pizza is hiring a Shift Leader to help lead its store crew and support the restaurant's continued growth. The Shift Leader works productively and supervises crew members during a shift to ensure they perform their responsibilities and that the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability. The role calls for a highly engaged, accountable leader who contributes to a values-based, close-knit team environment and provides guests with a Five-Star experience.

Requirements
