About The Position

Marco's Pizza is seeking Shift Leaders to help maintain its close-knit, values-based store environment and support the chain's growth. Shift Leaders work productively and supervise store crews, ensuring that team members perform their responsibilities so the restaurant can achieve customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift. The role calls for a highly engaged leader who demonstrates personal accountability and responsibility, supports the team, and adopts Marco's Cultural Beliefs.

Requirements

Experience is preferred.
Strong, professional, and courteous work ethic; unquestionable integrity; and moral behavior that reflects favorably on the employee and Marco's Pizza.
