About The Position

Marco's Pizza is seeking a Shift Leader to help maintain its close-knit, values-based team environment and support the continued growth of the company. The Shift Leader works productively and supervises store crews to ensure they perform their responsibilities, helping the restaurant achieve customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. The role requires engagement, personal accountability, responsibility, and a commitment to providing guests with a Five-Star experience. Experience is preferred, and advancement opportunities are available.

Requirements

Experience preferred.
