About The Position

Marco’s Pizza is seeking a Shift Leader to help lead the store team and maintain a close-knit, respectful work environment. The Shift Leader works productively and supervises store crew members to ensure they perform their responsibilities, supporting customer satisfaction and restaurant profitability during the shift. This role also coaches team members to provide guests with a five-star experience.

Requirements

Experience preferred.
