About The Position
Marco's Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead a team at its South Ogden location. The General Manager is accountable for the location's day-to-day operations and for ensuring the team produces a quality, hot, fresh, and consistent product for customers. The role requires managing team members and working effectively under stress in a fast-paced environment while maintaining health and safety procedures. The position also involves inventory management, hiring and training team members, and responding positively to customer complaints.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Computer knowledge.
- Trustworthy, results-driven, and team-oriented.
- Passion for pizza and providing a positive customer service experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
