About The Position

As an Associate Relationship Banker in a Chase branch, you represent the Chase brand and culture by welcoming clients and providing attentive, friendly service. You assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and over the phone, learn about their financial needs, and recommend suitable products and services. You also educate clients about digital banking tools and connect them with specialists when they have more complex financial needs. The role requires following banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including applicable Loan Originator qualification and NMLS registration requirements under the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act and the SAFE Act.

The position is based in South Ogden, Utah, and requires availability for branch hours, including weekends and some evenings. Compensation includes a base salary determined by role, experience, skill set, and location; eligible roles may also receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation. Benefits and programs are provided based on eligibility.

Requirements

• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent in-person and telephone communication skills, including the ability to tailor product and service features and benefits to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly and effectively, with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate within established risk parameters and meet internal and external risk and compliance obligations, including completing required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Meet applicable Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act Loan Originator qualification requirements and comply with SAFE Act NMLS registration, renewal, and update requirements.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of sales experience in retail, financial services, or a related industry, with demonstrated success establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• College degree or military equivalent.
• Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with and connect clients to team experts for specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
