About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. The role is suited to people who enjoy working independently, deliver quality work, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Merchandisers execute projects at retail locations, follow planograms and client specifications, assemble fixtures and displays, stock merchandise, and document completed work through photos and reporting in a mobile app. Assignments are project-based, with flexible scheduling according to project availability. SRS is recruiting nationwide and matches candidates with available opportunities in their preferred cities, counties, or regions.

Requirements

• Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience is preferred.
• Experience reading and executing planograms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move or assemble fixtures.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Dependable and professional, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects.
• Read and implement planograms.
• Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise.
• Set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards.
• Capture project photos and complete reporting using the mobile app.
• Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
