About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. The work is project-based and available in markets across the United States. Candidates can indicate the cities, counties, or regions where they are interested in working so SRS can match them with available opportunities. The role involves executing retail projects to client specifications, maintaining high merchandising standards, and completing project documentation through a mobile app. Merchandisers work independently and are expected to meet project deadlines while representing SRS professionally in retail locations.

Requirements

Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience is preferred.
Experience reading and executing planograms.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move or assemble fixtures.
Reliable transportation.
Smartphone with internet access.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Dependable and professional, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Experience working for retail merchandising or reset companies such as Premium Retail Services, Acosta, Crossmark, SPAR, SAS Retail Services, Winston Retail, Apollo Retail Specialists, Driveline, BDS Connected Solutions, RMSI, ActionLink, MarketSource, Survey Merchandiser, Retail Odyssey, or Advantage Solutions.

Responsibilities

Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects.
Read and implement planograms.
Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise.

Capture project photos and complete reporting using the company's mobile app.
Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
