About The Position

WhiteWater Express is hiring a full-time Shift Leader to support daily car wash operations, assist with team oversight, and provide excellent customer service. This active, fast-paced role involves leading team members, helping customers select wash packages and memberships, maintaining wash quality and site organization, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout each shift. The role includes paid training and opportunities to advance into management; car wash experience is not required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Able to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
