About The Position

WhiteWater Express is hiring a full-time Shift Leader to support daily car wash operations, assist with team oversight, and provide excellent customer service. The role is active and fast-paced, with the Shift Leader working on their feet, leading the team, assisting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift. Paid training is provided, and prior car wash experience is not required. The company offers opportunities to advance into management and promotes from within.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
