About The Position

The Support Associate is an hourly position on the Operations Team that drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by accurately and efficiently processing inbound truck deliveries and preparing new merchandise for customers. The role also handles outbound merchandise activities, supports facilities maintenance, maintains back-of-house organization, and works with the merchandising team to place and sign products on the sales floor. The position supports store operations and fulfillment, maintains inventory accuracy and daily operational standards, and helps keep the store clean, organized, safe, and ready for customers. The associate also assists customers and teammates, especially during peak traffic and coverage periods, and completes other duties as assigned.

Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and to lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
Unload truck-delivery cartons, sort them by department, process them, remove plastic, and hang items as needed to prepare products for the sales floor.
Follow operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity.
Apply sensor tags, process product transfers and damages, and complete RFID tasks to support inventory accuracy.
Assist with facilities processes, including lighting and recycling programs, work orders, store maintenance, and housekeeping.
Support merchandising and store fulfillment teams with floor sets, product presentations, promotional sets, price changes, and picking and packing customer orders.
Maintain daily operational standards by replenishing supplies, supporting store recovery, and ensuring cleanliness.
Organize and properly store tools, supplies, excess stock, fixtures, and other equipment.
Use training tools and resources, accept feedback, and build knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to support execution.
Warmly acknowledge and assist customers, support the store during peak traffic and coverage periods, and complete other assigned tasks.
Build connections with teammates, share knowledge, and celebrate individual and team achievements.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control and minimize risk.
