About The Position
Servers provide guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service that reflects Chili’s. The role includes learning the menu, completing opening and closing duties, partnering with team members to support guest satisfaction, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Servers must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. The position requires applicants to be at least 18 years old; prior experience is a plus.
