About The Position

Mustang Creek Estates is hiring Resident Assistants – Caregivers at its Flower Mound campus in Flower Mound, Texas. The role supports seniors by helping create comfort, dignity, and joy. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be dependable and caring, with a warm heart, positive attitude, and passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, dignified support to residents.
• Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Help with meals, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Oversee medications and ensure safety.
• Provide residents with joy, comfort, and encouragement.
