About The Position

Mustang Creek Estates Frisco is hiring a Caregiver – Resident Assistant to provide compassionate support to senior residents. No previous experience is required; paid orientation and on-the-job training are provided. The role is available full-time, part-time, and PRN/as needed, with shifts from 6:00 am–2:00 pm, 7:00 am–3:00 pm, 3:00 pm–10:30 pm, and 10:30 pm–6:00 am. The schedule follows a 4-on/2-off rotation, with additional flexibility for PRN shifts.

Team members are expected to be dependable, arrive on time, follow the uniform policy, and act professionally in interactions with residents, families, and staff. The position calls for compassionate, flexible individuals committed to residents’ best interests and to creating a warm, supportive community.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to the Frisco community.
• Commitment to acting in residents’ best interests at all times.
• Dependability, flexibility, patience, and a team-oriented approach.
• No previous experience is required; paid orientation and on-the-job training are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Help residents with ambulation and transfers to support their mobility and comfort.
• Clean common areas and resident rooms, handle laundry, and assist with meal preparation and serving.
• Supervise and observe residents with their medications.
• Arrive on time, follow the uniform policy, and maintain professionalism with residents, families, and staff.
