About The Position

Shift Leaders handle the aspects of running a Domino’s Pizza store, including leading the team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining product quality. The role involves staffing the store, managing costs, and developing team members in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Shift Leaders also perform general store-team duties, including preparing food to Domino’s specifications, stocking and rotating ingredients, serving customers, handling orders, completing cleaning and sanitation tasks, and delivering when needed. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Willingness to deliver when needed.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers in person and by phone.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, including making correct change.
Motor coordination and ability to make precise movements quickly.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs, while carrying products.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to meet the physical demands of standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and performing hand-eye tasks.

Responsibilities

Lead the store team and oversee store operations.
Set high standards for customer service and maintain product quality.
Staff the store, manage costs, and develop team members.
Prepare pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides to Domino’s specifications.
Stock ingredients and supplies, rotate stock using FIFO, and date products.
Take customer orders in person and by phone, and process orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Bring customer orders to their cars in all weather conditions.
Complete daily cleaning and sanitation, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning coolers, taking out trash, and washing dishes.
Deliver products by car to customers and deliver flyers and door hangers.
Handle cash transactions and provide correct change.
