About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products by car to customers’ doors and deliver flyers and door hangers. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift and are expected to provide customer service and process orders by phone and in person. The role includes working in the store as needed, entering orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen, handling payments and making correct change, and working independently or with others under stress while meeting quality standards. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible schedules and shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours. Pay is $17.00–$25.00 per hour, with tips and reimbursements for gas and phone data usage.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and ability to make precise movements quickly, including using a keyboard or touchscreen.
Ability to work under stress and meet strict quality-control standards.
Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
Ability to carry pizzas and beverages and potentially climb five or more flights of stairs.
Far and night vision for driving; ability to talk and hear on the telephone, use near- and mid-range vision, perceive depth, and differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities
