About The Position

Domino's is hiring delivery drivers for full-time and part-time positions. Drivers deliver products by car to customers' doors and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role includes taking and processing orders by phone and in person, communicating with customers and coworkers, entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, and handling payments accurately. Delivery drivers may make several deliveries per shift and must navigate the designated delivery area, including multi-story buildings and other challenging delivery sites.

Orientation and training are provided on the job. The position offers a flexible schedule, with shifts listed as 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours and day or night shifts. Pay is $17.00–$25.00 per hour, with tips and reimbursements for gas and phone data usage.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate the designated delivery area and adverse terrain.
• Must be able to understand and give written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and make correct monetary change.
• Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Must have the motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements and the ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
• Must be able to carry pizzas and beverages, walk, climb stairs, and perform the listed physical activities.
• Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, and make judgments and decisions.
