About The Position

The Shift Leader performs store operations, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility daily. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

The role requires communicating with customers and coworkers in person and by phone, processing orders through a touchscreen computer system, handling monetary transactions, and making accurate, quick calculations. Candidates should be personable, energetic, dependable, punctual, responsible, quick to learn, and self-motivated. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• At least 18 years old.
• Dependable, reliable, punctual, prompt, and responsible.
• Quick learner and self-motivated.
• Clean-cut, personable, outgoing, and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

• Make correct monetary change.
