About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver products or flyers safely, securely, and on time within a designated delivery area. Drivers may also help with in-store tasks when deliveries are not busy. The role includes customer service and order-related work, and may involve using a personal insured and registered vehicle in proper working condition or a company vehicle where available. The position offers a flexible schedule and paid training, with opportunities for advancement within the organization. The work involves driving and making deliveries, as well as performing store duties such as taking and processing orders, preparing products, stocking ingredients, operating store equipment, and cleaning. Working conditions may include changing weather and temperatures, food and equipment odors, dust, confined spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Physical activities include standing, walking, sitting, lifting and carrying products, pushing and pulling, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and frequent hand use.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license in good standing and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years.
Must not have had any drug- or alcohol-related motor vehicle violations in the last 5 years.
Must have reliable transportation; delivery drivers need access to an insured and registered vehicle in proper working condition, unless using a company vehicle where available.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Must have verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and operate store equipment.
Must be able to perform the physical activities described for the role, including carrying products during deliveries and navigating stairs when required.

Responsibilities

Deliver products or flyers within the designated delivery area safely, securely, and on time.
Navigate to delivery addresses, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other sites, while carrying products.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Help with in-store tasks when not busy making deliveries.
Take and process orders by telephone and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Operate store equipment and prepare products.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload and stock bulk product deliveries as needed.
