About The Position

WhiteWater Express is hiring a full-time Shift Leader to support daily car wash operations, oversee team members, and deliver excellent customer service. This is an active, fast-paced, outdoor role that involves being on your feet throughout the shift and helping the operation run smoothly. Paid training is provided, and car wash experience is not required. The company promotes from within and offers opportunities to advance into management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
