About The Position

Marco's Pizza is hiring a Shift Leader to help lead store crews in a close-knit, values-based environment. The Shift Leader works productively and supervises store crew members to ensure they perform their job responsibilities and that the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. The role calls for personal accountability, responsibility, and a strong commitment to the Marco's Pizza culture.

Requirements

Ability to work as part of an engaged team dedicated to providing guests with a Five-Star experience.
Ability to accurately and efficiently count money and make change.
Proficiency in basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to communicate tactfully with supervisors, teammates, and guests, verbally and in writing.
Ability to comply with safety and security policies and procedures.
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-tempo, stressful environments.
Ability to work flexible hours and schedules.
Ability to use store technology and equipment safely and efficiently.
