About The Position

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking an engaged, accountable Shift Leader to supervise store crews and help ensure they perform their responsibilities so the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. The position is in a fun, energetic, values-based, close-knit team environment. Flexible hours are available, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, as well as weekends.

Requirements

• Strong, professional, courteous work ethic, integrity, and responsible conduct.
• Ability to work as part of an engaged team focused on providing Guests with a Five-Star experience.
• Ability to accurately count money and make change.
• Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with supervisors, teammates, and Guests, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to comply with safety and security policies and procedures, remain safety-conscious, and stop unsafe acts.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced, stressful environments.
• Ability to work flexible hours and schedules.
