About The Position

Sundae is hiring a part-time hourly Shift Leader for its retail team on 16th Street in Downtown Denver. The role leads a small team during a shift and helps deliver positive customer interactions, product quality, cleanliness, and service standards. Total compensation is $21.00–$25.00 per hour, including base pay and tips. The position is eligible to earn overtime. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Passion for customer service.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Lead a team during shifts by setting an example for positive customer interactions, portion control, and cleanliness standards.
Open and close the store efficiently and on time, either independently or with a team.
Monitor stock levels and prepare food items promptly to maintain established par levels.
Know product details and service standards thoroughly and communicate them accurately to others.
Promote loyalty programs and seasonal promotions by encouraging customer signups and enhancing the customer experience.
Handle cash responsibly and accurately complete opening and closing cash-out procedures.
Model and deliver Sundae’s customer service standards with pride and leadership.
Participate in and contribute to staff meetings.
Maintain food safety standards and regulations.
