About The Position

ModWash is seeking a Shift Lead for its Sheffield location. The role supports daily car wash operations, including opening and closing the site when scheduled, and helps deliver a legendary customer experience. The Shift Lead works with the team to drive membership sales by explaining package benefits and helping guests choose options that fit their needs. The position also supports site standards, equipment upkeep, employee productivity and safety, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers with a friendly attitude.
• Present ModWash packages and explain the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Guide guests through package and membership options safely.
• Engage with customers before and after washes to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.
• Perform opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
• Maintain site standards of service.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot when needed.
• Help oversee employee productivity, breaks, and safety.
• Seek ways to improve the business.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Keep facilities clean and presentable.
