About The Position

Legal & General is seeking Client Presentation Managers to join its Workplace Savings team. The role focuses on helping workplace scheme members understand their savings, benefits and financial wellbeing by transforming complex information into clear, engaging and practical presentations. The manager will create and deliver member-facing webinars, presentations and benefit fair materials, working with clients, client directors and internal teams to plan and deliver sessions effectively. Regular UK travel for in-person presentations and client/member events is expected, likely averaging around once a week.

Requirements

• Experience presenting to a range of audiences, ideally through webinars, events or client/member-facing sessions.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills, with the ability to create clear and visually engaging decks.
• Confidence working with clients, senior stakeholders or internal partners to understand needs and manage expectations.
• Strong organisational skills, including experience managing timelines, logistics and multiple deliverables.
• Ability to explain complex information in a simple, practical and audience-friendly way.
• Willingness to travel across the UK for face-to-face member and client activity.
• UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Create clear and engaging presentation materials for workplace scheme members.
• Deliver webinars, benefit fairs and employee engagement presentations.
• Speak with clients and client directors to understand requirements and agree content needs.
• Coordinate webinar planning, logistics, content preparation and follow-up activity.
• Manage timelines, stakeholder updates and delivery expectations across multiple sessions.
• Turn pensions and financial wellbeing information into simple, member-friendly content.
• Work with Customer Engagement, content, copy and creative teams to produce high-quality materials.
• Ensure materials follow brand guidelines, Consumer Duty principles and tone of voice expectations.
