About The Position

LV Petroleum is hiring a Shift Lead for Miss J's Cafe, located within a fast-paced travel center. The role supervises team members, supports quality food preparation, and helps deliver exceptional customer service. The Shift Lead also assists with inventory, cash transactions, and maintaining health and safety standards, while fostering a positive environment for customers and employees. Walk-in interviews are welcome on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 8018 US Hwy 93 N, Missoula, MT 59808.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in food service or retail.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to resolve customer issues calmly and professionally.
Basic knowledge of food safety practices and inventory management.
Flexible availability, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions such as cooking, assembling, and serving food products.

Nice To Haves

Additional education in food service management.
Leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise staff during shifts by providing direction, training, and support.
